My last 2006 NCAAF poll ...

I was wide awake last sunday night at 3 o'clock in the morning. The reason, I had this nightmare that a whining coach would win. Then I thought to myself don't worry OSU will take care of everything. I went to sleep and woke up once again at 4.30 in the morning remembering my USC-Texas nightmare. Guess who won the BCS game ...

My cap is off to Florida, they outplayed, outworked and outcoached OSU. After all these games, playoffs would really be for the best, because this year proves that there are teams out there that deserve better (Boise State Universtity for example). And waiting 51 days between games is stupid. By the way, the Big 10 has really tumbled in my O, 2 blowout losses to the SEC and Pac 10 are nothing to laugh at.

This year I was surprised by the fact that a mediocre USC team could become so succesful, it just proves that great scouting makes a great program. Arkansas was also a relieve to watch play, and Chris Leak finally strutted his stuff the way he should and could. Meanwhile 2 years ago Ron Zook was fired to watch Urban Meyer get all the accolades and credits ... Life sucks when you're Ron Zook.
